Pulp Detective is a card/dice/narrative game with a strong theme, that takes place in the middle of the 1930s, the golden age of pulp magazines and hardboiled movies, between the two world wars. The illustrations come from real pulp magazines covers (Black Mask, Detective Tales, Detective Fiction, Dime Detective, All Story Detective).
To Solve the Case: Find four clues and confront the Criminal to win. If Time or your Stamina runs out, the heiress is murdered and you lose the game and the Case. Match the icons, solve the Case, and win the game!
This popular solo/cooperative game now has additional expansions added: "Sidekicks, Double Cross, and Masterminds", "Henchmen, Gun Molls and Traps", & "Adventures, Gadgets, and Nemesis".
